SUMMIT THERAPY GROUP FOUNDERS
SAMANTHA FURLET, M.A. CCC-SLP
Co-Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist
Samantha believes that great care begins with a supported team. She brings an analytical, systems-focused lens to leadership and recognizes that strong values must be paired with thoughtful processes, clear expectations, and data-informed decision-making. To Samantha, leadership is not about having all the answers - it’s about asking better questions, staying curious, and growing alongside this team.
Her clinical work centers on pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, with a particular focus on the introduction of solids and supporting families as they build meaningful, positive mealtime experiences with their child. She believes the most impactful progress happens when caregivers feel informed, supported, and confident in their role.
At the heart of her work is belief in the power of human connection to foster trust, collaboration, and shared progress toward meaningful goals.

JESSI HOGAN, M.S. CCC-SLP
Co-Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist
Jessi is passionate about working with medically complex patients and brings a clinical background in infant feeding and swallowing disorders. She believes progress happens when goals are built collaboratively and carried out with intention, creativity, and consistency.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership and the belief that people do their best work when they feel genuinely seen, supported, and valued which creates a workplace where respect and compassion are expected.
At the heart of everything she does is a commitment to be a voice for those who may not have one, and to remind those she leads that this is where our hearts belong. Connection, whether laughing with the people she loves or getting lost in a good book, is what recharges her and fuels the work she does every day.
